has disabled the ability to run homebrew software on the 3DS.
Whilst it was originally thought that the exploit had been missed in the recent roll-out of software version 9.3, homebrew developer Jordan "Smea" Rabet reported a few days ago that his loader is now defunct.

Rabat had defended the loader by insisting that it had been developed to encourage developers and not merely as a tool for piracy. But in an interview with Eurogamer earlier last month, he conceded that Nintendo were likely to "try and patch it out as soon as they can".
