The final Final Fantasy to make the journey overseas, finally.
Developer Square Enix has announced the classic role-playing game Final Fantasy III will soon arrive on Steam.
The forthcoming PC version touts upgraded graphics alongside new and improved 3D visuals and story sequences, and new visual designs for Job Mastery cards. Naturally, Steam trading cards and achievements will be included.
Originally released only in Japan in 1990, the game didn't see a
worldwide release until much later, finally arriving overseas as a 3D
remake on Nintendo DS in 2007. There's currently no release date or
price on the PC offering, but we'll keep you updated as soon as we know.
