Full Tutorial step by step 

Installation
You need TWRP  to flash this ROM.

First time installing or coming from another ROM
  • Copy ROM to SDCard
  • Copy Houdini to SDCard
  • Copy GApps to SDCard
  • Boot into recovery
  • Backup EFS partition
  • Wipe -> Advanced Wipe -> Dalvik Cache + System + Cache + Data
  • Install ROM
  • Install Houdini
  • Install GApps
  • Reboot
  • First start takes a long tim

    I have the same problem. I think I dl'ed the wrong version of gapps. I can't find the exact version the author of this used. :-( Some help or ideas would be appreciated.

    Got it working. I used the arm google app dl that screwed up my keyboard app etc. Doh I figured it was an arm processor when it uses an x86 atom one. Thanks. Good upgrade so far.

    yo tengo el GT-P5210 y me da error en el paso 6 :(( al presionar volume up + power no me sale la pantalla azul esa. me aparece el monigote de android y pone SIN COMANDOS. y sale un menu pequeñito a la izquierda que pone varias opciones:
    *reboot system now, *apply update from ADB, *apply update from external storage, *wipe data/factory reset, *wipe cache partition, *apply update from cache. no se que hacer. los pasos los he seguido al pie de la letra... :::(((((( ayuda porfa

    I'm thinking about doing this procedure on 6 tab 3 p5210 that I have here to be abble to use google meet on then.
    but I wonder if google meet will work properlly on this android version. anyone tried it ?

    Works great!I had a problem with the pixel luncher. but managed to by pass it installing the nova launcher ... besides that just follow the tutorial you should be fine.
    google meet works fine front and back camera, audio, wifi

    Hi, I have followed the process and all went fine but as I am about to install the .zip file (ROM), it does not display the 3 .zip files in the /external_sd. I have checked several times, the files are there in the micro sd. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    problem above was resolved, I just restarted the whole process. flasing was successful but now the problem is the same as earlier posted "Unfortunately, Pixel Launcher has stopped working". Help pls. Thank you.
